Per Høiby joins FIRST HOUSE as managing director

Oslo, 4 November 2009: - Per Høiby (47) will be the managing director of the consultancy company FIRST HOUSE. He comes from the position as managing director of JKL Oslo. Høiby has led the Oslo office of Swedish owned JKL for three years, and contributed to JKL’s positive growth and development. The Norwegian consultancy company FIRST HOUSE is currently under establishment, and will provide advisory on financial communication, political communication and business development.


- We are looking forward to welcoming Per Høiby to the team. Through the positive results in JKL he has proved that he is capable of managing this type of companies and create sound and efficient organisational structures, says Chairman of the Board in FIRST HOUSE, Bjørn Richard Johansen.

Per Høiby’s Bio
Per Høiby (born in Kristiansand, county Vest-Agder, currently living in Oslo) has been managing director of JKL in Oslo since 2006. He has also been partner in the Scandinavian management group of JKL since January 2008. Per Høiby has an extensive network and broad professional experience from various leading positions within corporate communication and politics. He has been an advisor within crisis communication and strategic communication. He was military advisor to the Ministers of Defence Kristin Krohn Devold (the Conservative Party) and Anne-Grete Strøm-Erichsen (the Labour Party). He was press contact for the Headquarters Defence Command Norway and the Royal Army Service Corps for four years. His education includes studies in strategy, management, finance and logistics from The Royal Norwegian Naval Academy and the Royal Army Staff College etc. His military rank is Captain.
